Once the itinerary has been finalized and accepted by the guest, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is payable on arrival or before the tour commences. Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit has been received. In the event of cancellation by the guest, or in the case of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
